We learned on Tuesday that we received “top honors” as Top Producer, Top Salesperson, and Top Listing Agent for the Bay Head office for 2008.Â
One of the high points of the year was the sale of our oceanfront listing at 1053-1055 Ocean Avenue in Mantoloking. The sale price of $7,400,000 holds the record for the highest sale in the history of Bay Head and Mantoloking real estate.
