Saturday morning was clear, calm, and very cold here in Mantoloking, which meant that it was a perfect to time to see and photograph “seasmoke” – the vapor is that created when the “warm” (about 38 degrees) ocean water meets the cold (approximately 10 degrees in this case) air and sand. I took this picture early on Saturday morning. Enjoy!
