We are pleased to announce the fact that we have had two closings since Superstorm Sandy – 96 Bay Point Harbour, Point Pleasant, and 524 Lake Avenue, Bay Head. Despite the difficult post-storm situation that many of us (including Suzie and I) find ourselves in, there continues to be activity in the Bay Head/Mantoloking real estate market. In addition to our two closings, recently an oceanfront on East Avenue in Bay Head sold for $4,000,000. Our office also has an oceanfront property in Mantoloking under contract.
