The new Base Flood Elevations and Working Flood Maps are available for our area as of today. You can use the Region 2 Coastal Lookup Tool to check the flood zone and BFE for your address here. Many properties that were previously in the V zone are no longer, and in some cases, the required elevations have been slightly reduced.
