As some of you may know, this past weekend, I participated in a fundraising hike to raise money for the not-for-profit Mount Washington Observatory, located at the summit of Mount Washington, NH. The observatory is known for recording the world record surface wind gust of 231mph, back in 1934, and for experiencing some of the worst weather in the world.

The hike was well attended, the weather cooperated, a significant amount of money was raised, and I am looking forward to hiking again next year. You can read more about the Mount Washington Observatory at their website.

You can view some of my pictures from the event, and pictures from my time spent as a summit volunteer for the observatory, here.
