We are happy to report that the Bay Head and Mantoloking real estate market (and surrounding areas) is healthy! We have had a number of recent closings, including one each in Bay Head, Curtis Point, and Normandy Beach. Our listings are also experiencing numerous showings, and in some cases, multiple showings in one day or weekend. Currently, there are 70 properties (homes, land, and condominiums) actively for sale in Bay Head and Mantoloking. At the moment, there are 7 properties under contract in the two towns combined, and there have been 9 closings since May 1st.
