Mantoloking has just published the following update regarding beach replenishment and revisions to the borough’s beach ordinance. All of the details can be found below:

Finalize the draft Ordinance by mid- July;
Post a draft of the Ordinance on the Borough Website for resident review and input (I will send out a quick note to you to let you know it has been posted);
Have the first reading of the draft and a public hearing of the Draft at the August Council Meeting;
Change the Draft as necessary;
Have Final Reading at the Council Meeting in September.
