Mantoloking has announced that the long awaited improvement projects for Carpenter Lane and Bay Avenue will start “on or about” May 1st. The town’s contractor will work with residents to minimize disruptions.

“The Bay Avenue and Carpenter Lane Improvements Project will start “on or about” May 1st. The scope of work for the project includes asphalt pavement resurfacing, roadway reconstruction, curbs and sidewalk replacement, drainage improvements, and final restoration. The contractor will work with each resident to maintain access to their driveways with as little interruption as possible.”
