We’ve had some chilly weather recently, and a big snow storm, but this week appears to be the classic thaw that we have this time of year – 50 degree temperatures are expected! We have a closing in Bay Head later this week, and a new listing coming in Mantoloking next week. Our existing listings continue to be shown, and we have been out looking with buyers of our own too.
Currently, in Bay Head and Mantoloking combined, there are 37 homes on the market, and 15 parcels of land, for a total of 52 properties.
There was one closing in Bay Head in January, and none in Mantoloking. At the moment, there are 4 properties under contract in the two towns combined. If you are considering selling (or know someone who is), or are wondering what your home might be worth, please let us know.
