As the summer season draws to a close, we wanted to provide you witha Bay Head and Mantoloking , New Jersey real estate update. Happily,things are busy – listings are getting shown, and some offers arebeing made as well. Recently, we received two new listings here inBay Head – 676 Main Avenue (not far from the Johnson Street Beach),and 68 Egbert Street, a very special bayfront home.As I write this, there have been 36 single family home sales,year-to-date, in Mantoloking and Bay Head combined. Of those, therehave been three oceanfront sales (two in Bay Head, and one inMantoloking), and one bayfront sale (our listing and sale inMantoloking). Currently, there is also one bayfront home undercontract in Mantoloking. (per Monmouth/Ocean MLS as of 9/16/12) Atthe moment, there are 54 single family homes on the market in Bay Headand Mantoloking, including bayfront and oceanfront properties, but notincluding land.
Now that the summer traffic has died down, this is a good time tolook at Bay Head and Mantoloking real estate.
