I took this picture at the end of Downer Avenue in Mantoloking, just before 9:00 this morning (10/10/13). As you can see, the ocean is pretty rough, but the beach seems to be toughing it out at the moment. We had one high tide overnight, and will have another one around the middle of the day today.
