In April there were two single family home sales:
1307 Ocean Avenue, Mantoloking (Oceanfront) was sold for $5,525,000 by an agent in our Bay Head office. The asking price was $5,800,000, and the property was on the market for 87 days.
672 Lake Avenue, Bay Head was sold for $1,389,360. The asking price was $1,540,000, and the property was on the market for 175 days.
