Open Houses This Weekend

We will be holding two open houses this weekend, one at 934 South Lagoon Lane, Mantoloking (Sunday, 12 to 3pm, weather permitting), and one at 1622 Bay Avenue, Bay Head (Saturday, 1 to 4pm).  If you have any questions, or would like to schedule a showing, please let us know.

Mantoloking Council Meeting Schedule Change

Please be aware that the June council meeting is scheduled for Wednesday the 22nd at Mantoloking Yacht Club at 5:30pm, not Tuesday the 21st.

Bay Head “Sidewalk Sales”

Many Bay Head businesses will be hosting “Sidewalk Sales” every third Friday and Saturday of the month, June thru October.  Participating business will have sidewalk displays during their regular business hours, but may also have extended hours.  Please support our local businesses!

Trolley Service Comes to Point Pleasant Beach

Starting July 1st, trolley service will be offered in the downtown areas of Point Pleasant Beach.

“One of my ideas is to make a family-friendly town and I want to see visitors come into our town, park their cars once and be able to move around… One trolley will run Mondays through Sundays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. The company will schedule a second trolly to run on the same schedule on weekends to handle increased traffic.” – Mayor Stephen Reid.

New Mantoloking Borough Hall Update

Progress continues to be made towards a ground breaking for the new Mantoloking Borough Hall.  This week, the Notice to Bidders was published, and this update was released.

Repaving of East Avenue

As you may already know, East Avenue was repaved in Bay Head and Mantoloking this week.  Enjoy the new, smooth surface running, walking, and biking!

Bay Head & Mantoloking Market Inventory

There currently 79 properties currently on the market in Bay Head and Mantoloking combined.  Of these, 61 are homes (this includes single family homes and condominiums), and 16 are parcels of land.  Please note that these numbers won’t quite add up, because a handful of properties are listed as both homes and land.  If you have any questions about buying or selling, please let us know!
