Bay Head & Mantoloking Market Update
In spite of the unusually hot weather here, there is a lot happening in Bay Head and Mantoloking! Just recently, two of our listings, one in Bay Head (1622 Bay Avenue), and one in Mantoloking (934 South Lagoon Lane), have gone under contract. In addition, our other listings are being shown, both to our own buyers, and to the buyers of other agents. In the last week, there have been only a few new listings, and no closings.
Mantoloking Council Meeting – August 16, 2016
At the Mantoloking council meeting, the contract for building the new Mantoloking Borough Hall was awarded to Wallace Brothers, Inc. In addition, resolutions were passed in memory and recognition of Councilman Peter Strohm, and Dr. Michael Doyle, who both served the town in many ways. The agenda contains the full text of these resolutions.
Bay Head Planning Board Meeting
The August Planning Board Meeting will be held tonight at 7:30PM (August 17th).
