It has come to our attention that Americorps (a national volunteer organization) and the Hurricane Sandy Resource Center are offering free, volunteer, assistance to anyone and everyone affected by Sandy. They are able to offer help in ways, but primarily in the form of physical labor – cleanup, debris removal, tear outs, and the like. You can learn more here.
