As many of us recover and rebuild following the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy, there are a lot of decisions to be made. Do we simply repair? Or improve? Or, as for many, sadly, rebuild from scratch, or sadder still, not at all… Hopefully, you are able to to rebuild and repair your home, perhaps in time to enjoy some part of the coming summer or fall. In my own process of repairing and building (my family was also severely affected by Sandy), one of the resources that was brought to my attention is houzz.com. It provides pictures and links to all kinds of products, photos, ideas, and services, all pertaining to your home. Everything is very searchable, and thoughtfully laid out. By way of example, the slideshow below was generated via houzz.com, using keywords such as beach, coastal, water, bayfront, and oceanfront. I hope that you had a happy Memorial Day weekend, and that this website helps you in the rebuilding process!
