There are currently 8 single family homes under contract in Bay Head and Mantoloking combined (two of these are our listings).
There is currently 1 parcel of land under contract.
Since the first of the year, there have been 9 real estate transactions in Bay Head and Mantoloking (this does not include any private sales), and Diane Turton, Realtors’ agents have been involved in 5 of them (either or both sides). Of these 9 transactions, we were involved in 3 of them.
