The Bay Head and Mantoloking real estate market had a strong finish in 2016. In Bay Head and Mantoloking combined, there were 31 home sales and 7 land sales in 2016. Happily, a number of these were our successes. Currently, there are 41 active listings in Bay Head and Mantoloking (17 in Bay Head, and 24 in Mantoloking), not including properties that are under contract and due to close soon. The attached report includes some statistics (sales volume, average and median sale prices) comparing the 2015 and 2016 markets in Bay Head & Mantoloking. “This year” refers to 2016, “last year” refers to 2015.
